Troy Literacy Council is a non-profit organization of volunteer tutors who want to help those in our community become literate. We serve the communities around Miami County, Ohio, by providing adults free, confidential, one-on-one tutoring in multiple literacies, including reading, writing, math, English as a Second Language, and digital literacy.
